Sales Workshop Terms and Conditions
By proceeding to register for an online sales workshop with The Sales Strategist, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.If you do not want to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not proceed with registration of your place at The Sales Strategist Sales Workshop.
Payment of Registration Fees
Registration Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Places are Limited
Places for each Sales Workshop are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis, subject to managing conflicts of interest competitors – see below.The Sales Strategist will confirm your place in a booking via email.
Post Workshop Events included in Registration Fee
On payment of the Registration Fee, you will have the opportunity to attend one online Sales Workshop of between 2 and 5 hours (depending on Registration Fee paid) at the advertised time and date.It is intended that the Sales Workshop will be provided via Zoom.
In addition to attendance at the Sales Workshop at the scheduled time, you will have the opportunity to participate in the following Post Workshop Events:
- you will be invited to a follow up online group chat (expected to be undertaken by Zoom) 7 days after the initial Sales Workshop, to check on and practice your homework;
- you will have free access to a Facebook group (which is exclusive for members of The Sales Strategist community) for 30 days after the event to ask and post questions.
If you attended a 5 hour workshop, you will also have:
- access to group sales coaching calls (which are exclusively offered to members of The Sales Strategist community) live for month after the Sales Workshop to answer questions (minimum of 1)
Money Back Guarantee
If you:
- attended and engaged in the Sales Workshop;
- participated in the free follow up group chat 7 days later;
- posted at least 1 question on the Facebook page;
- participated in at least 1 group coaching call; and
- followed the processes taught by The Sales Strategist on a daily basis;
and if, within 14 days of course completion, you reasonably believe that you and your sales team are not better equipped to increase sales conversion rates or eliminate sales discussions which focus on price, The Sales Strategist will refund your Registration Fees.
Conflicts of Interest
The Sales Strategist aims to ensure that there are no conflicts of interest between attendees.For example, that attendees from competing businesses, are not registered for the same Sales Workshop.If The Sales Strategist forms the view that there is a conflict of interest between two registrants, the registrant that registered second will be moved to the next available date.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your registration for a Sales Workshop, you will not be entitled to a refund.You may, however, attend a Sales Workshop at the next available date.
All cancellations must be made in writing or by email.
The Sales Strategist reserves the right to alter the program, date, venue and speakers should this become necessary.In the event of cancellation of a Sales Workshop by The Sales Strategist, Registration Fees will be refunded in full or an alternate workshop will be organised.
Internet Capability and Zoom
It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient internet capability and have downloaded Zoom onto a device that will allow you to attend the Sales Workshop for a period of up to 5 hours. Registration Fees will not be refunded if you are unable to view, hear or attend the Sales Workshop or any Post Workshop Event because of insufficient internet capability or connectivity.
Confidentiality
To ensure best outcomes from Sales Workshops and Post Workshop Events, it is important that all attendees are able to candidly share their experiences.
To facilitate this, all attendees agree unreservedly to keep all information disclosed by any and all other attendees strictly confidential.Disclosure of information shared by an attendee as part of the Sales Workshop or Post Workshop Events is a serious breach of these terms and conditions and could cause both the attendee and The Sales Strategist to suffer loss and damage.The Stales Strategist reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Sales Workshop and Post Workshop Events for failure to comply with this requirement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, The Sales Strategist owns the copyright for the content presented in the Sales Workshop and Post Workshop Events.Some of the copyright for the content on The Sales Strategist’s website and in the Sales Workshop and Post Workshop Events may be owned by individual presenters and may be included on The Sales Strategist’s website or in a Sales Workshop and Post Workshop Events under licence.
Unless you have the prior written consent of The Sales Strategist, you may not sell, publish, distribute, retransmit or otherwise provide access to content received through this website Sales Workshop and Post Workshop Events to anyone.
You agree not to rearrange or modify any content contained in or provided during Sales Workshop or Post Workshop Events.You agree not to create abstracts from, scrape or display The Sales Strategist’s content for use on another web site.
No Use for Unlawful or Inappropriate Purposes

The Sales Strategist reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Sales Workshop and Post Workshop Events if, in the reasonable opinion of The Sales Strategist, your conduct is in any way offensive or inappropriate, may violate any laws, regulations or rulings, infringe upon another person’s rights or violate the terms of this Agreement.No refunds will be provided to any attendee whose access is terminated under such circumstances.
Recording and copying
Workshop events are only to be attended by the registrant.Recording of any Sales Workshop and Post Workshop Events is strictly forbidden.Under no circumstances may the content be reproduced without the prior written consent of The Sales Strategist.
Limitation of liability
You acknowledge that your use of this site and information provided at the Sales Workshop and Post Workshop Events is at your own risk.
Except for liability which The Sales Strategist cannot by law restrict or exclude, The Sales Strategist shall have no liability to you or any third party for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any other damages of any kind whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you in its entirety.
In the case of warranties that cannot be excluded, The Sales Strategist’s liability will be limited to, at The Sales Strategist’s option, providing a refund of the Registration Fees or providing the Sales Workshop and Post Workshop Events again.
